The usual questions.
Where is my data actually stored?
On your machine, in a single SQLite file you can copy, back up or delete. We never see it. Cross-device sync uses end-to-end-encrypted blobs we cannot decrypt.
What happens if I cancel?
Your local database keeps working forever in read-only mode. Re-subscribe any time to re-enable parsing and channel sync.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
Never. The subscription is the only thing we charge for. We don’t care if you do $500 or $500k a month.
Which sales channels are supported?
eBay, StockX, GOAT, TCGPlayer, Amazon (FBA + FBM), Mercari, Whatnot, Shopify, Etsy. Custom channels via CSV.
Can I use VaultLedger on more than one machine?
Your subscription covers two desktop devices — pair a laptop with a desktop, or a personal machine with a shop computer.
Is there a free tier?
No free tier. One flat subscription unlocks everything — cancel any time and your local database keeps working in read-only mode.
